Wolfpack Coffee Roasters may amend, update or change these terms and conditions of use without prior notice. Wolfpack Coffee Roasters is not liable to the user or anyone else for any loss suffered in connection with the use of this website. 

Online pricing
All our online prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. GST is inclusive.

Delivery of Goods
All delivery time frames are as indicated by our courier suppliers. If the user does not receive an order within these time frames, it is the responsibility of the user to contact Wolfpack Coffee Roasters and Wolfpack Coffee Roasters will follow up with the courier company.

Whilst we make every effort to track these items with our delivery partners, Wolfpack Coffee Roasters accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to or late delivery of any goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Postage
Free Postage applicable to online orders over AUD$50.00 made in one transaction. 
For Australian orders only. For Postage rates under $50, please refer to Postage page. If you are outside Australia and wish to order from us, please Contact Us for a quote.

Cancellation & Availability policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. However, occasionally an item may be out of stock in which case we will offer to replace it with a product of the same or lesser value. Alternatively, you may decide to wait until the product comes back into stock, or be given the option to cancel your order.

Refund and Exchange policy
Coffee is a fresh perishable product; therefore no refunds are given for any purchase of coffee. All orders received are final and goods will be posted as per the address on the online order form.

In the event of a quality related issue, please Contact Us. 

Each return will be assessed prior to processing for a refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes. Returned product postage will be at the discretion of Wolfpack Coffee Roasters.

If you received coffee that was not as per what you ordered, such as incorrect product or grind type, we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. Please let us know via our Contact Us page.
