RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your Wolfpack Coffee Roasters order. Because coffee is a fresh product, our returns process depends on the type of item and the issue with the order.
Fresh coffee and capsules
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds for roasted coffee, capsules, or other perishable consumable products once an order has been placed.
This includes orders where the wrong coffee, grind size, quantity, or capsule type was selected at checkout.
Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number;
- a short description of the issue;
- photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label where relevant.
Once we review the issue, we will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy depending on the situation.
Where appropriate, Wolfpack Coffee Roasters reserves the right to replace the product with a suitable replacement.
Natural variation in coffee
Coffee is a natural product and seasonal differences in flavour can occur. We do our best to keep each coffee consistent and tasting as close as possible to its target flavour profile, but small variations can happen from season to season, harvest to harvest, and batch to batch.
Non-perishable items
Non-perishable items, such as eligible merchandise or equipment, may be returned only with prior approval from Wolfpack Coffee Roasters.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for approved non-perishable returns is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this returns policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation depending on the circumstances.
